To address another part of this deal: I hope the bulls hold onto eisley. Yes i said it! And I will tell you why. Eisley is set to make 1.2 million, which is basically the league minimum for a vet. He has been to a number of nba finals with the jazz and has a lot of playoff experience. We need a third string point guard behind heinrich and duhan.

I think this is a foregone conclusion already - Eisley will be waived.

Gordon can play some at the point.

First round picks salary is guaranteed whereas a second rounder is not...so if they have no cap space they can pick up a guy in the second round and have him play overseas and not pay him.


Next years draft should be very deep.  A second round pick is may be as good or better next year than a mid to late pick this year.  

Only time will tell if this was a good deal or not.
