interested to see what Bynum's intensity level looks like and if he can balance it in his first playoff series as a " go to guy ".  he knows he can put McGee in the rim at will, so he'll likely be shot thirsty and he'll probably carry a level of swag with the big stage and all that

Denver enjoys moving the ball from side to side, like OKC, so it sets up nice as a pre-OKC matchup.  Lakers still have length and can get in those passing lanes if they're aware and aggressive enough.  turn them over.  i can see Barnes having a big series defensively with actvity in the passing lanes.  hopefully this turns out to be a 6 game series... both close them out on the road and build a lil confidence + get Ron back for Game 1 of the second round.  wouldn't surprise me if it went 7 games

Denver seems to me to be the least equipped team in the West to advance. I think Lakers in 5. Like you said, McGee is no match for Bynum. Pau also should easily take any Big Nugget to la escuela.

Nuggs are capable of making this a 6 game series and I'm good with that so we get Ron back for the entire 2nd round. We went 3-1 vs them this season but no blowouts. GK is a great coach but he's got a big mismatch inside to deal with, I expect him to attack the paint early and try and draw our bigs into foul trouble.

salary observations:

Highest paid player on Denver's roster is Miller @ 7.8 mil
Den average player salary: 3.5 mil

Highest paid player on LAL's roster is Mamba @ 25.2 mil
LAL average player salary: 6.1 mil

LAL's 2011 6th man would be Denver's highest paid player if he were there.  thats a damn shame
