You guys really need to give up on the Rudy Gay idea, he's essentially untouchable now with the Grizz letting Mayo go.

And he's also not worth his contract.

Amnesty - Calderon

To Boston - DeRozan
To Toronto - Allen (s&t 6,8,10) / 2012 1st rndr

FA's - Gray (2,2.5,3), Uzoh (.5)

I read Allen is meeting with the heat today and Celtics offered him 6M x 2 yrs and a raptor offer might be a joke to him but Ross is a good shooter itd be nice to play him behind Allen and watch for awhile. With Lowry itd be nice to have a great shooter compliment. Maybe Allen would take a longer contract with a little more money? DeRozan would be good behind Terry and Pierce. DD for a 20 something pick probably seems lame but by then do you want DD for one yr or a fresh rookie contract for 3 or 4 years? Wouldnt be able to offer Allen 6 without shedding DD.

Lowry/Bayless/Uzoh
Allen/Ross/Bayless
Fields/Ross/JJ/Kleiza
Barg/Davis/Acy
JV/Amir/Gray

Bargs is buggin me in that line-up but I like everything else.

Why would you even begin to imagine Allen coming here?

As I said maybe he'd take more money. Goin to Miami for 3M is cheesy. He has a championship. This is his last stretch maybe even for him 12M more than the BOS offer would come in handy? Probably not but I like imagining Allen here thanks.

well as a Raptor fan, yes. Frye may have a bad contract, but he can still ball and he's clutch player. Will be nice to have a player like him being able to extend the floor more, although it would be pretty pointless to have both Bargnani and Frye on the team. Smith would be nice to have, if the experiment fails we'd have him on a year deal anyways.

Sign Magloire, Anderson, and Uzoh

Lineup:

C  - Valuciunas, Davis, Magloire
PF - Bargs, Johnson, Acy
SF - Fields, Klieza, Anderson
SG - Derozan, Ross,
PG - Lowery, Calderon, Uzoh

I think that team makes the playoffs.

We still need a starting sf and a back up centre, maybe in trade or next season.

Thoughts?

Grey was already signed to fill out the C position so i doubt Magloire will be back (unless its some sort of PR/Staff position).
Anderson's name has been batted around so he's definitely a possibility.
