Once Boozer an Hedu are off the books....you just created a bunch of cap space. Either go after a stud SF or SG.
Taj next to Dwight is unreal defensively....an Rose is our franchise, plus Mirotic waiting in the wings (hopefully it doesnt take him too long). Find a stud to play the SG or SF an were good.

I think once you do that you only do it if Dwight signs an extension if you are trading away Noah...however if you can get it done and they come off the books you can still amnesty Boozer in a year and only amnesty that part of his contract
Also what are we going to do when Microtic comes here doesn't that put Taj in the same position???

Thanx. We've been over him signing or not before in here. I'm just trying to gauge what people think it will take from the Bulls. When you here trade rumors like Brook Lopez , Marshon Brooks and some picks ? It make you wonder trully what they would except. I agree with Noah and Deng. And I can care less about CJ and that future pick. I'd say .. Joakim Noah, Loul Deng Charlotte's Pick and a future 1st Do you guys think they would have any interest in any other players ? Is thier a team that could give them a better deal ? |

There's no team that can make a better offer than the bulls. Houston got nothing copmared to the deng+noah + picks and + gibson. BUT i dont see this bulls managment makin that move.
If Dwight Howard signs an extensions i think its a no brainer. Ok. U give up on Taj but D-12 its a game changer.

obviously i wanna keep taj! but if Orlando demands Taj to be envolved (They got Ryan anderson and Baby Shaq, i dont think that they want Taj (taj its better than Glen)) Bulls has to make the deal.
Then draft a shooter or a backup center if asik walk away

An plus...I really dont think we need to involved Taj anyway because no one could match our trade offer imo. I havent seen one yet anyways. An like you said, they have Anderson an big baby.
If Asik gets more then 5mil...let him go an draft somebody or sign someone cheap. Dwight will be playing 30+ minutes a night anyway. A cheap guy like Miles Plumlee can do what Asik can. JUMP STRAIGHT UP!!!

It's gonna be an intense 3 days until the draft. Dwight wants to be a Magic. The problem is the structure of the team, The Coach (fired) , GM (fired) didn't sit well with him. So now the team is doing everything to try to save that relationship. I believe he loves the location and the fan base there. Dwight is all about being loved and adored. Being in the spotlight, and being admired for his talent. He saw how Lebron was getting ripped to pieces in the media, for how he handled his move. And thats the last thing Dwight wants. He saw how the Miami Heat in one summer sold his title "King of Florida" Now he is like a male lion that was chased from his pride, He still wants to be there, but a bigger lion has pushed him away and thats the Miami Heat. He feels if he goes he is abandoning his followers and florida (Orlando) and if he stays, then all that negative energy thats was focused on Lebron and Lebronettes, will get aimed squarely at him. Cause Lebron is a champion now, The media needs a new punching bag, And Dwight is right there waiting for the media beat down. The only way he wins that fight, Is to Win titles, To fight off the negative media and Lebron with basketball. He knows he can't do it only also, He needs to be teamed with another dynamic star. He would prefer to do it in a warmer climate, but either way he has to do it, or he will be the butt of all the jokes. It's all ready starting, I saw David Letterman take a shot at him the other night. Derrick Rose isn't the only star he see as a wing man, But the Bulls offer Orlando the best return for him. Thats why so many teams are trying to collect chips to trump the Bulls offer. I really think that when it finally comes down to the Magic saying "Ok, smh ...let's deal him" It isn't gonna matter what team is on his "List". They lost shaq for nothing and they will get the best deal they can for Dwight. Even if it's a trade to siberia.
At this point If Im the Orlando GM, Im trying everything to get dynamic player to come to Orlando. Which is'nt gonna be easy. When I fail at that, I'm trading him. I'm looking for a stock pile or picks and young players. And I'm sending him West. So he only plays in my building once a year. So at this point, Im sending him to Houston. |

If he got traded he it`s not gonna be hated, just hated by orlando fans  not the media. Orlando GM is waiting, looking if he can take a shot to surround Dwight with good talent (i dont think he can) dwight its gonna be traded 1 week before the season starts, i dont see them trading dwight before that. and dont think he`s gonna play in a magic uniform this season. |
