Bulls gotta beat their offer....an Dwight needs to think big picture an championships....not about weather. If he gets traded to Chicago... I dont see people hating on him.

I totally agree. Im just saying "Hated" because he is a diva with no rings.  Just like Lebron was. I don't think the people in Orlando or anywhere will hate him for him leaving. Shaq did it.. But to me, If you get him to Chicago, then he'll be in a place he can win. If he decides to not sign long term with the bulls and goes elsewhere in summer 2013, People will look at him as not serious about winning. I feel he is so worried about his public image, that he will resign with the Bulls, even if he goes into the summer of 2013 before he signs. He will see that if he doesn't sign long term in Chicago, And goes elsewhere and doesn't win. People will write him off as a attention hound, and not a player thats takes winning serious. They'll say "He should've stayed in Chicago" Now he could find a situation better for winning then Chicago, But his choices will be slim.

I read that Orlando`s Owner don`t want high picks and young players, `cause he is older and want a team to compete and players who can contribute right now. I hope that orlando doesn`t accept houston offer, it seems to be the only team that can make a hard push to get Dwight. we can say houston are Bulls rivals in the pursue of Dwight.
But i don`t read about pax making a push on dwight  Embarrassed

Which is good IMO because if you read too much about it the Bulls generally don't do it. That's good to hear about the Orlando GM. But as much as I want it to happen for the Bulls, I see them sending him West.

Look at Shaq, Orlando then leaves for Lakers. Lakers traded to Heat . Heat traded to Suns. Suns traded to Cleveland.

So sending him West seems what I feel they will do. They may settle for a deal centered around Bynum and  shipping him to LA. Hollywood seems a good fit for him. And Orlando gets Bynum to hype to fans. Orlando seems stuck on trying to have a dominate Big man.

Ya Swag...I wasnt responding to you, just kind of saying that, because your right, if he got traded, Orlando might not like him but thats it.

And I also think your exactly right, get him in Chicago, winning program, with D Rose about to come back....I think Dwight is going to be anxious to see what he an D Rose can do. Plus like you said, if he leaves Chicago....everybody will be on his case. Where else is a better place to win? If he leaves Chicago too, his image is just out the door imo. He should embrace the addidas connection an realize that our coach is all about defense just like he is. Plus with Taj Gibson next to him...OMG thats the best defensive tandem in the league. An would he really want to up an move his family all over again after staying in Chicago after a year? He has already been getting a bad rap in the media. I think he wants to stay away from that this time around.

Another thing to think about...going off of what you guys said....Orlando just built a brand new state of the art arena. They are going to need to sell tickets now. Getting guys that are ready an that can contribute right away will help them do that. Joakim Noah will deff. be a fan favorite, he was a gator and Luol Deng should only continue to get better an play at a high level.

Jameer Nelson, #29 pick?
Jrich, Reddick
Deng, Ronnie Brewer? Q Richardson?
Ryan Anderson, Big Baby
Noah,

That orlando starting 5 ...... they can fight for a #6 seed with aaaaall the lucky of the world Tongue

Wait, im gonna call Dwight and tell him what ChitownBulls Says. You`re totally right. When a star wanna be out from a team, that team looks first to the other conference.... Like AI to Denver,Melo to NY trade, but NO traded CP3 to the same conference :p

Here a trade that I was fooling around wit. Its the TYPE of deal they will have to make to shave the salary they need to.

 http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7tkuvqf

Bulls send $32,865,000 and recieve back $20,311,460 = savings of $12,553,540

The players represnt salaries in Gary forbes case. And Trade Machines salaries arent totally accurate, SO I used Sham Sports numbers.

why toronto would do that? and there is no way Orlando sends just Dwight and both Richardsons.
Dwight trade necessary would send Hedo`s contract.

Sometimes I wonder if people even read anymore. I said that is an example of the TYPE of trade the Bulls would have to do to get Howard. I am seeing that the posters in here fail to see that the Bulls have serious money issues. And all the posts about, we should sign this guy or that are just unrealistic. Bulls need to shed salary before they can think about adding anyone or re-signing anyone. I think as far as Turk your wrong, Orlando doesn't want to take on alot of new contracts in a Dwight deal, and not ship some of thiers out. That same deal works with Turk going to the Raptors as well. But I think all Orlando cares about is that they lose salaries, As they take on new ones. As for the Raptors, They have a player trade exception of 7.9 million. So that would be used is a coupon and any players they recieve and they wouldn't have to really send anyone out.

i know what`s your point, but i dont see raps making this kind of deal. I think they`re going to wait Valanciunas impact.

Bulls need to shed salary OK, we know that, but not this season. The have to amnisty Boozer next season and move Deng if they can, before THIS tradedeadline. We get rid of Korver, CJ, Brewer an JK3 contracts its a nice amount of money. Maybe Aski too. Boozer`s contract its untradeable, i dont see any team sending an expiring ugly contract to swallow boo, he can contribute to any team but its really overpaied.
I read that if Bulls amnisty him right now, a lot of team would bid (its ok my english here? im not sure Tongue) and they would bid at least 7 M, so we can save that money off the books and Bulls owner just pay to him 10 M, i dont know how that works.

Just a thought I had since Minny wants a veteran presence (Gasol for some reason?)
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=conyc8e

Chicago gets Dwight and takes Hedo's contract (unfortunately)
Minny gets a vet at a position they could actually use help at. Personally, I think Deng would be a great fit there.
Orlando gets a great C and Gator in Noah, a young guy with loads of potential that's fun to watch, and a young SG that's best days are ahead of him (I'd happily take him but figured Orlando wanted all the talent they could get)

Then we could send some picks there ways. Minny could take the Charlotte pick and Orlando could take our first next year and 2015 or something. Idk just throwing a new idea around. Probably wouldn't go through on Minnys end but worth a shot. I think they could definitely be helped by Deng's veteran presence though. I don't know, just throwin some new *** out there.

Edit: We could throw in Teague somewhere too if we have to, though I'd prefer to keep him.

I like where you are going. The Bulls have two stones to turn. One go after Howard and two get below the luxury tax with a full roster. Even thou Reinsdorf said he'd be willing to pay the tax for Gasol, So Im sure Howard as well. That leaves us with no money to get players to fill out the roster. Im on board with shipping Deng, and Noah. Anyone but Rose. But we can't take back Turk. I actually think Orlando loves Turk, Just wants to rid thierselves of some contracts. If they take on Deng and Noah's contract. They wont want to pay Turk, J-Rich and Q-RIch....JJ etc. I really like sending for Howard in a three team deal. Where salaries come back from Orlando but go elsewhere then Chicago. Trade machines salaries are off.

http://www.shamsports.com/content/pages/data/salaries/index.jsp

I'll post another trade, Even thou I'll get water boarded...lol. It's an example. Toronto has a 7.9 mil Traded Player Exception (NBA Coupon) which allows them to take back more salary without sending as much out. For example if they got a player that got paid 8.9 million they'd only have to send out 1 million in Salary. And the player they got would count 1 million against thier cap.

Example Trade : http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=89rwvmt

Unless Howard agrees to sign an extension, the Bulls are not trading for him! It doesn't sound like he wants to come here, so unless he changes his mind it is not happening.

If thats the case....drop Boozer now an free up some money lol. I also read that it doesnt make sense to amnesty him this year, but next year because his contract gets smaller I believe? Bulls could also be looking at 2014 free agents class. Dengs contract is up then an Boozer should get picked up by someone. Leaving the Bulls with lots of money in a deep FA class.

He never said he didn't want to play here. His comments are meant to be funny or sarcastic alot of time.

"If I could play with Derrick right now and God wanted that to happen, it will happen,” Howard told the Tribune. “It has nothing to do with me not wanting to play with Derrick Rose. I love him. That’s my brother.”

“It has nothing to do with Adidas,” Howard said. “In fact, Adidas would love that because me and Derrick have the same guy.”

Im no professional lip reader but, I hear and see Derrick say "Is that what your gonna do ....... come play for the Bulls" Dwight says something but his back is to the camera, Derrick says "Thats cause that camera on..."

Looks like something is going on there....I do hear Rose say something about the cameras being on.

Grizzles might be looking for a backup C....maybe S & T Asik to them for something...
