You have NO clue what it takes to make a team, it is not only how many points you can score, you need to play defense, rebound, set picks, box out, rotate, & pass and Deng does many of those things very well, and he does belong on the allstar team. How do you think the Bulls had the best record each of the last 2 years, it is not only Rose, remember Rose missed a lot of games last year and we still had the best record. Why did the other coachs vote Deng onto the allstar team? Why did Thibs say Deng is the glue that holds the team together? So I guess you know more than Thibs and the other coaches in the league, maybe you should try to be the coach, you wouldn't last a week.

I may agree that Boozer needs to be amnestied, but not this year and not until Mirotic or someone better comes along.

The more you talk the more you prove you dont know anything, I played basketball for 13 years, and I have been watching Basketball for more than 40 years and know a hell of a lot more than you. By the way, how old are you? 20-22. Deng may not be flashy, and he may only be the 3rd or 4th best SF in the east when normaly only 2 SF's make it, thats why he doesn't make the allstar team. But he is a very good player and does the little things that help a team win. You said "the Bulls won because they rebounded and play defense" who do you think played defense and rebounded?

Deng worth a 10-11 M per year, and is an excellent third option.
To win with him as a 2º you need a d-rose in MJ mode and a lockdown defense against others superstars. and that`s not gonna happend

This team had the 2nd best record in the league the last 2 years, all we needed to do was to replace Boozer. Somone who could be the 2nd option, if we had given that money instead to someone like Gasol, Aldridge, Dirk, Duncan, Love, or Bosh, and we stayed healthy, we very well might have won the title. Deng is a great 3rd option, it is not his fault that he is our 2nd best player. Maybe Mirotic can replace Boozer and be that #2 option, or else Pax/Gar need to find someone else at either SG or PF to be our 2nd option.
