Any updates on him and if he is coming over, also I heard Veremeenko is also coming over for summer league although highly unlikely he will be on the active roster this year. I just think the Wizards need one of those blue collard workhorses who are college polished in the 2nd round this year like a Craig Smith, Alexander Johnson, or Leon Powe. Guys this year fitting that bill that I want are Jared Dudley, Herbert Hill, and Coleman Collins.

Juan carlos Navarro is a very good point guard........He could be an interresting move for the wizards.I'm a european so I've often seen him play in Spain: He has a very good ball-handling, he's cluth and can make big shot......With Navarro as a point guard, Arenas is free to play SG and take shot over and over again!

Yeah, I haven't been able to find too much video on him, but after watching him in the World Championships, I was impressed.  If he's able to make the transition into the NBA it frees the Wizards up to include Daniels in a trade, which I think they need to do to get rid of Haywood.

Also, what's the news on the Ukrainian?

If AD can play with like he need when Gilbert went down I'd be very happy. Veremeenko I have seen a little of and I like him, he is pretty strong and can shoot from the outside, he is a taller Joey Graham to me.

navarro is an amazin player and can play pg and sg, but the problem is he still has a big buyout and he dosent want to get paid less than he does in euroleague which he would as a rookie.

But if they ever get him he would be a success and big upgrade over there current pg situation

navarro looks like he may be brought to the wizards at last it be big boost for the wiz because he is a great player but they have too many guards already. Maybe they could trade him

It looks like he might be getting traded to the Heat for Posey.

When I first saw that the Wizards were trading the rights to Navarro, I just assumed that he wasn't actually going to come over this season, again (he's used DC a few times to drive up his price tag in Europe).  But if he's actually coming over, I think they should keep him and start offering Daniels in packages with either Haywood or Thomas.
