I'd say the first priority should be trying to keep AK. Secondly be smart about Pek, don't over pay him, and if he gets out of range, explore sign and trades. Thirdly, I'd explore trading one, or both of our back up PG's. One of them has to go, and the other one should be able to stay. Then go out and get a few vets...Can't think of a couple halfway decent white guys that would fit our needs though.  I'd think about trading Derrick Williams as well, and if the price is right, trade up to get Mclemore. Lastly, go hire Phoenix's health staff. |

1) hope AK opts in; if no 3y/7per max 2) pay pek up to 13 million 2.6 Resign Bud at 3.5 million per 3) move some of JJ, Luke, Dwill, steamer, lee 9, 26 for the ability to go up to 4 and take either Porter or Olidipio. 4) if unable to move up to take the above, move a combination of JJ, steamer and 26 to the Celtics for Cortney Lee 5) Move Luke to Utah for Alec Burks and 21 6) use 9 to take KMpoke and 21 to take the best shot blocking big. 7) Don't pick up the option on Steamer  sign Gelly and Christ to Min contracts |

Agree. 2. I dunno...I'd cap it off at about $11 mil/year for Pek. 3. I'd rather go for Mclemore. 4. I like that trade, don't know if the C's would take it. 5.
