saw it on NBA.com a few days ago and nobody posted it yet so i figured i would lol... boards a lil dead...

looks like that Olvikey will go to europe for a year or two

The trade was mentioned a few times on this board, and I thought the Ukranian was playing over here this year.

yeah pecherov is coming to the Wizards next year, its all but a done deal... he's been playing in the summer leagues and looks pretty good..

The signing of Songaila means Etan Thomas will be buried on that bench again..sad, i really like him as a player and i thought he had the potential to start for this team

Songaila is much more of a finesse player than Thomas, who will probably still get some minutes because Songaila can't play center and right now the only other center they have is Haywood.  All of this is really just biding time until Blanche and the Ukrainian are brought up to speed.
