You could argue that injuries have really hampered them this season but if something doesn't change and they show some sign of sniffing the playoffs before his rookie deal is up you'd have to think that Davis will at least test the market. What can the FO do to make sure they keep Davis long term?

Fortunately he is a restricted FA and they can match any offer he receives. Injuries have obviously been a factor in their record, add Anderson to the mix and suddenly they have an offense which functions and runs smoothly opening up the paint for Davis and the driving lanes for Gordon and Evans.

Where have you heard he is unhappy? He doesn't really appear to be.

I didn't but he can be a dominant player and losing can take a toll on anybody.
