The first game was all Miami, maybe the Nets were fatigued from their hard fought first round series with the Raptors, either way I expect a much better performance from BKN in Game 2.

Not to take anything from Miami, but Brooklyn cannot do much worse than the basketball they played in the 2nd half.  It was pathetic.

Heat did what they was supposed to do, and they got another game to win. Game 2 will be closer, and even if MIAMI wins that, I would figure Game 3 would pretty much give us an idea of where the series stands

I hope the nets change things up defensively. First being protect the basket. Second, I'd try to take away heat's other guys, mainly wade and bosh and the role players. Easier said than done but hopefully force Lebron into a lot of one on one situations where he's shooting over the top.  It would have been nice to see the nets practice zone over the regular season so you can throw it into the game plan but that looks highly doubtful. I want to see the nets attack wade a little bit and make him guard. Would be nice to wear him down physically over the course of the series  so he's not such an x-factor for Miami.

Lol.  I can.  Seriously, at this rate, the series might not even go back to Miami.

Can only hope they'll play better at home but this is definitely the Miami I expected to see. If deron Williams actually plays like a star, that'd be ok with me.

Nets need to send some bench guy in who doesn't play often and rough up the Heat on those drives, nothing else is working and it'd give them something to think about before prancing through the lane.

Congrats Nets, I can't stand that Brooklyn chant but I guess the best way to stop that is to win.

Need to sign off on this thread.

Lebron's INCREDIBLY preferential treatment, and Kidd's INCREDIBLY stupid end of game strategies prevented this series from going to a 7th game.
