Better not for detroit, even thouhg in comparison with the past seasons it would even represent a step forward(and this says much on the quality of Dumars work in the latest seasons)

Anyone's better than Dumars at this point. This team needs a coach more than anything right now. Too much talent to be the 8th worst team in the league.

I don't know how good BC will be but hiring someone like Grant Hill with no experience in the role could be a huge mistake.
