How do you think Denham is gonna do with Seattle Super Sonics.....soon to be Olklahoma Sonics r whatever. He did a decent in the summer league. Do you think he'll fit in with Seattles system. He will have fellow UCONN Alumni player Ray Allen for support. Your thoughts? I wish he was in T.O, since he's a T.O naitive such as my self.  |

I think the best thing to do is buy him a pair of tweezers. The best he can hope for is picking splinters out of his butt for entire season. Maybe he can get some PT in the D League but not in Latte Land.

They don't say much on him, I checked the Sonics website and the most recent article is mostly about Sene. They say Denham's minutes was reduced in the summer league due the amount of wing-man on the team. |

There is absolutely no buzz about Denham up here. Then again, its hard to get through the din of those worried about OKC. Although Sene has impressed to a certain degree. Also, Denham plays shooting guard, if I'm correct. Ray Ray doesn't give up many minutes there and if he does, it's to defense through Wilkins. The great call for the Sonics to get a shooter has always confused me. Where would you play him, SG or SF? That is generally where shooter play, but is there really anyone out there that would be better than Ray or Rashard? I don't think so. Unless he can play point, the ability to shoot will not equal PT in SEA. |

i agree, why did the sonics draft a project centre and a SG??? seems like they wasted thier picks a little? Although i do like the buzz on Sene. I would like to see the sonics ship off onje of the other project centres on the roster and give sene more of a chance to Grow (love the shot blocking and rebounding- he moves excellently too)

But he can always sit off 15min and let Denham get those minutes in the middle of the game. Hopefully thats what happens, so he gets some shine. Anybody here any news on him? |
