Iggy is not a superstar, I don't think he is the kind of player to lead a team to the champion ship. He is like a Pippen who needs a real superstar on the team to get him there. I watch evey sixer game and Iggy needs to work on his finishing when he drives to the basket, i;m not talking about dunks he's got the dunks but when he's layup are contsted it hard for him to finish.

He is like a Pippen...yeah...ok. I see where you are coming from, but these days no one can win a championship with out a VERY SOLID big man or just a solid fundamentally sound crew of guys to surround your superstar. It has been proven over and over again. Example...Kobe and Shaq = CHAMPIONSHIPS!!! Kobe and...Kobe = CANT GET PASSED THE FIRST ROUND. Is Kobe a superstar? Yes...yes he is. So my point is Iggy superstar or not he will not win a championship, even more sad our beloved SIXERS wont win a championship for a long time until we get a solid crew of actual basketball players... Enough with all these athletic guys or just rough ballers. Where are the fundamentals!!! Where are the player who can run plays accurately and just FLAT OUT PLAY BASKETBALL!!!

I agree, Igoudala is definitely in the Pippen mold. Do it all guy, who should be an all star in a couple years, might make the hall of fame, but will never be a Jordan type who can carry a team to a championship. he's not an alpha dog type that just wants to be the man no matter what. I mean let's face it tho, how many Jordan types are there in the league right now... kobe, lebron, duncan, wade, kidd, iverson, nash... i mean there's other guys you can put on the list, but its not a long list. there's no shame in being really good, but not a centerpiece guy...
i agree on igoudala's finishing too. he's struggles to finish with contact a lot, and he isn't really consistent at scoring except on dunks and open jumpers.

Iguodala has to make the playoffs on his own before anyone should consider him one of the best in the league.

Yes, he'll be a superstar, maybe even this season. He'll be a unique one too since he's a great defender and doesn't have an ego. He's a lot like Pippen but Pippen in his prime was a superstar even though he was perfectly suited to be a sidekick.

well there's no way he'll make the hall in answer to your poll. he has a chance to make the all-star team this year but it'll be a push.

i say he will be an All-Star this season, he was great last season even with all the talent shifted to the east, i think not, he will eventually become an all star because of all his potential and talent
