what you guys think about the draft? i was thinking we need a shooter off the bench so there isnt as much pressure on allen or lewis. but also there s rumor that they are thinking to trade down what do you guys think about that too?

I think the Sonics need a power forward or another center. I think Shelden Williams is better than Swift or Petro and would be in the rotation in his rookie season.

But Hawks promised to Shelden that they will pick him at #5. So Seattle is left with O'Bryant, Simmons, Armstrong and Saer Sene in Center position that can be picked in#10. I actually did not watch Saer Sene but they say he's absolutely athletic and a pretty good shot blocker and he impressed all the scouts. I think Soncis should get a defensive center, the best options are Saer and UConn's Armstrong...

Sonics are good at all position but not outstanding at any of them except shooting guard... I don't see them drafting another big man because with the pick n10 you won't find a dominant player... I'd go with a shooter JJ Redick, but maybe the n10 is too high for him right now: if available, I'd draft Roy but it's impossible he'll fall so much.

I cant see them picking another shooter... it just seems redundant since they have Allen already...

I thought a bigman was of more priority, especially if Wilcox goes somewhere else. Seattle looks pretty good at the other 3 positions.

well my opinion we need a shooter off the bench or a a good defensive sg or sf thats the position that is lacking on the bench. if you remember they had radmanovic come off shooting great which toke the pressure off and so it can cut down on allens miinutes or lewises.
