Hmm, the range of salaries is a lot smaller than the U.S.  The lowest in the NBA is like $400,000 and the highest is like $20 million.

When an NBA player is discovered to be a bust, or a high school or college star is never noticed by a team, he might go overseas to play for a Euro club.  But I wonder, if he is good, how does his pay compare with NBA salaries?  If some of you Euro fans could explain to me how the players get paid and how the teams' money works over in Europe and elsewhere, I would really appreciate it.

Well from what I've been led to believe and know, European basketball players get like doctor money. $50,000-300,000 US, I believe. Anyone know how much Asian league players make, like in China, Korea, Japan and stuff?

Once Nique Wilkins went overseas to get a $2.5M contract.
There even was a note: if Panathinaikos had won Euroleague, Wilkins'd get as much gold as he weighted.
Panathinaikos won a thrilling final in Paris, and Nique got 250 lb. of gold (value: around $1M; so a $3.5M deal)

Do you think Tskitishvili or Stephania would have made more money staying in Europe?
Right now, I consider them just role players for Euroleague, they would gain around $1M flying overseas to play in one of the major clubs.
