I think Jarvis's career is over. Injuries have gotten the better of him....

Jarvis career isn't over yet. He can be a bench player for another team.....maybe just not the wizards.

As long as he is willing to play for veteran's minimum, I am sure he can still find a team (may still be Wizards). He is just not worth the qualifying offer of 3.5 mil a year that Wizards would have to offer to retain the right.

nooo he's career is definetly not over...and he will make more than the vets min. he will not be in washington ...but he will find a home..and do great...yeah he has a ton of injuries...but he will be ok...have to get with a team who have a pure point guard...not a shooting guard that plays point..

I like him when he came in, seemed like he could be a decent sixth man for a good team but obviously life has conspired against him. I think he has the talent to stay in the L though.

Probably not much over the vet's minimum though. The news says it is a "small portion" of midlevel exception, so it is definitely less than the 3.5 mil Wizards would have to offer to retain his right. My guess is between 1-2 mil.

It's just a 1 yr deal, so it is a low risk for the Pistons.

Is it even a guaranteed contract?  Or is it a "guaranteed if you make the team" contract?
